Please note:  Pre-registrations are no longer being accepted.
Rapier: A tournament, which will require combatants to travel through the nine circles of hell, is being planned. More information to be posted here as it becomes available.

Heavy: There will be Heavy Fighting and Youth Boffer in the Inferno. Details here.

A&S: Competition--A&S project entries related to the theme "Sin" will be displayed and the winner of the competition decided by pomegranate seed count (popular vote). Classes-- A small track of classes will be offered. Check the A&S page for details and class schedules.

Feast and Ball: A feast, limited to 50 gentles, will be prepared by Lady Sibyl Sevenoke.    A Masked Ball will follow feast. Unadorned masks will be provided, if you don't have one handy, and you can decorate yours anytime throughout the day. The menu and more information appear here. 

IMPORTANT UPDATE:  As of Oct. 11, 9am, the 50th feast seat was taken.  A limited number of additional seats will be made available by Lady Sybil, and there may be cancellations.  These spaces will be available at the door, on a first-come-first-served basis.  In the spirit of fairness, we feel it best not to entertain calls or emails requesting seats be held now that pre-registration has closed.  So, please arrive early.

Merchants: Merchants are welcome and there is no fee if you bring your own table.  Space is limited, so contact the autocrats early to reserve space. 

Other Information: A number of fast-food establishments are within driving distance. Simple fare at midday will also be available on-site for a nominal fee, and picnic lunches (especially those in baskets) are encouraged.

                 Children 12 and under:  Site $4, Feast $5     (Children 6 and under:  no charge)

                 Children 6 and under:  no charge

To speed up the check-in process, you may complete this form and bring it with you on November 3rd, proceeding directly to the gatekeeper. 

 

 

A raffle will be held using all pre-registered names *, for a lovely handbasket to accompany you on your journey into the abyss.  The raffle winner will be announced at midday, while most are stopping for lunch.
